Frequently Asked Questions
The kiosk directional signage program is for home builders throughout Southern California to assist the homebuyer in locating new subdivisions and homes. Due to limitations on signage in the Southern California region, the BIASC along with our local municipalities developed the Regional Sign Program. The kiosks are temporary signs with arrow directions that are installed along our roadways with the approval of our local municipalities. The Regional Sign Program is a good balance for our municipalities to manage the increasing need on signage in a uniform way. The BIASC operates and manages the Regional Sign Program from ordering to installation to maintenance.

The production and installation process takes approximately 10 business days once we receive the order and payment has been submitted.
Yes, BIASC will work with respective cities on the approval process. Please allow approximately 30 days or more for the approval process and installation.

Currently we only accept checks.
Checks should be made payable to Building Industry Association.
All payments, either new orders or monthly rent need to be mailed to:

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing signs@biasc.org. We do require 30 days to removal all panels.
Once the BIASC receives the cancellation request and processes the request, we will adjust the billing and apply the last month’s rent to the last billable month. We will issue any credits and adjustment once the panels have been removed.
Maintenance
You can report the following:
- missing panels or kiosks
- missing headers or panels
- damaged panels or kiosks
- weed abatement
- graffiti
- or other issues.
All maintenance requests need to in writing and emailed to signs@biasc.org.
Please allow 48 hours for graffiti and approximately 10 working days on all other maintenance request.
